MS Pressure Vessels & Filter Housings

How We Work

From Drawing to Dispatch — 5 Stages

Every fabrication job follows a structured sequence with documented sign-offs at each stage before moving to the next.

GA drawings, P&ID, material specifications finalised. Client approval obtained before fabrication begins.

Material Procurement
MS plates, SS pipes, fittings sourced with MTC (Material Test Certificates). Incoming material inspected on receipt.

Fabrication
Cutting, rolling, welding, FRP lining, and assembly carried out by skilled tradesmen at our Chennai workshop.

QC & Testing
Hydrostatic test, weld visual inspection, dimensional check, surface preparation, and primer / painting. Test reports generated.

Dispatch
Equipment packed, tagged, and dispatched with full documentation — drawings, test certs, MTC, and installation notes.
